We were here for my son's birthday and we had a great time. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. All the food came out quickly and all the kids had fun. It wasn't too crowded and Chuck E. Was great with all the kids. The manager Marcel is very helpful and courteous! We came on a Thursday afternoon and it was a good time to come.

Went to this place that says: where a kid can be a kid.. that's if you get past the old lady called security -retired sheriff. We are new to this area and decided to take our son to Chuck E. Cheese for his 5th birthday in this new place we call home. From the moment we get to this place the security stands out like a sore thumb, she is mean looking no smiles walking around with a full piece cop belt smelling like men's cologne. I'm sure you have seen her.
She is yelling at the kids not to run..NO RUNNING , really tell me have you ever been to a CC where all kids were walking around the restaurant and standing waiting for the next kid to stop playing the game. NO! Now let's get on to the food we get there at 3:30pm order our food and buy a few play cards, the kids play time runs out still no food. It took 2 hours to make 2 large pizza, cheese bread and a sampler platter! 2 hours!! Just kidding still didn't get all my food.
I discuss this with a manager. Apparently my number was 99, 99 does not print up in there computer so the kitchen was suppose to remember 99 is now 01. Apparently not everyone understands that so we get left with no food no cheese bread no sampler platter until the manager gets wind of this, we eventually get pizza and the sampler plate the cheese bread must have been to much for the kitchen IDK.
So let's get back to security the older musky lady- when my son and husband tried to leave security would not let them leave because there numbers did not match on the stamp they put on you when you walk in. my son walked in with my daughter who was standing just outside the door, yes the numbers did not match but my 12 year old son that can talk perfectly fine explained this is my dad I came in with my sister who is right there ... security went on to say I can't let you leave and questioned my husband for proof that was his son and requested identification for my son showing he was his son.WTF!!! We now have to carry a birth certificate to go to CC?? What is wrong here my son said that is MY DAD !!
This was the worst WORST experience we have ever had! We have been going to CC for many many years and this was a joke.. we were trying to celebrate a 5th birthday and make new memories for our family and all we had was a shitty experience.
Ps. We had family drive in 2 hours to experience this mess of a day.
Thanks musky security and staff! -

First impression as we walked in was that I was bothering the employee at the gate. No welcome, no hi kids, no greeting what so ever. But as we were leaving ALSO...no goodbye no nothing ...someone hates their job or over worked. Not sure what their problem is. Where is the enthusiasm? Give me that job I'll show them how to run that place.
Further more the person responding Maddie B.
Don't bother to respond because by this time you already know you have a problem at that location ...send the crew and fix it!!!
Chuck E. Cheese "where kid can be a kid"
Oh by the way I love the video surveillance camera in the middle of the children's play area indicating "your under surveillance"... I really felt SAFE! -

I rarely have negative reviews in a restaurant i been going as kid. I been in the restaurant industry for years and I am an assistant manager so when i see something that management needs to work on i will say it. First thing i notice was the whole location was beyond filthy
There was no supervision what so ever. The bathrooms were so disgusting that there was a dirty underwear in the boys bathroom. I spoke to management because i had a lot of concerns i spent over 116$ just so i can have crappy service, come to a dirty facility and go to a bathroom that is disgusting. All he can express is
That they are short staffed. I thought that was a lousy excuse to tell a guest being in the industry for years. It all start with management making that change and making sure their facility is nice and clean so guest can come back. I won't be coming Back or recommended this location to anyone. Even when i was about to leave they made sure to have someone scan us out to bring someone out but there short staffed right? Too short staff to clean this location. -

Sad to say this Chuck E. Cheese gets only one star.
It's always dirty. There is never enough workers to cover the front
And not to mention the salad bar is always lacking attention.
I can say that the guys put more effort in their work than the girls. The attitude they have is horrible.
